I added the salt to taste after draining and squeezing. I don't have cheese cloth so I used two (new) knee highs one inside the other to drain. I tied it around a wooden spoon and let it hang for an hour or so then squeezed. I was so excited to find this recipe since we can't get cottage cheese here in Korea. Thanks!!
