Chicken Cordon Bleu II
When I've had Chicken Cordon Bleu in the past, I never remember especially liking it. I thought I'd give it another chance with this recipe and I was so glad I did. My boyfriend and I both agree that this is one of the tastiest meals I've made. The only thing I did differently than the recipe is add a lot more wine (Pinot Grigio). I served it with green beans, which was nice. Next time I'll also make a some mashed potatoes too, because the sauce would go well with it! Next time I might also add mushrooms to the sauce, just to change it up.

Carrot Cake III
I followed the cake recipe exactly and left out the nuts for the frosting and it came out great! I served it with vanilla ice cream and the 2 together went perfectly! I served it for a birthday at work and people have been talking about it all down the halls, days after the party. Everyone loved it and said it was the best carrot cake they have had! It was my first time making carrot cake too!
