Pumpkin Cookies V
I substituted butter for the shortening and took them out of the oven when they still looked a little underdone. Amazing! They freeze really well, too.

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine
Unbelievable! And so easy! I didn't have an egg, so I baked it without it. Also, I baked it for just 25 minutes. The crust is absolutely perfect.

Blueberry Pie
I used frozen organic blueberries, and it turned out excellent. I didn't thaw the blueberries at all before putting it in the oven.
