Chicken Enchiladas V
Delicious, quick and easy. I added a 16 oz. can of refried beans. Spread equals amounts on each tortillas. I also subsituted one 13 oz. and one 4.5 oz. of canned chicken instead of cooked chicken and it was still just a good as the first time I tried it with cooked chicken. I also used 98 percent fat free cream of chicken soup. By adding that soup, it cuts down the fat and adding refried beans adds 24 percent more fiber. Thanks for sharing this recipe for us to enjoy...very often.

Stuffed Pepper Soup III
This soup is wonderful, our company loved it! We substituted ground beef for sirloin, dried parsley and barley instead of rice. It is our favorite soup now. I have even added frozen soup vegetables to beef it up. Thanks a lot for this new family favorite.
