Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2006
A++! I followed the recipe almost exactly and my boyfriend, the pickiest eater in the world, loved it! The only thing I changed was deciding to cook it uncovered for 20 min at the end in order to brown the chicken a little. Next time I will wrap the chicken breasts with 2 pieces of bacon instead of just one because the salty flavor was a great compliment. What a great recipe, thanks!

Italian Chicken with Garlic and Lemon

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2006
OK dish. The potatos ended up being saturated with oil and the vinger taste was a little much mixed with all of that garlic (and I love garlic). The chicken also was a little too mushy, perhaps uncovering it for a bit would be the ticket to fix that. All and all, it was edible and tasted ok but I would not make it again.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2006
It was good BUT not as good as I expected... I was looking for an awesome fudge filled caked. I thought this might be it but it wasn't. Still VERY yummy =)

My Sister's Favorite Potato Salad...Ever

Reviewed: May 3, 2006
I liked it and it was SUPER easy to make. I did think it was just a bit too tangy ... I like tangy but this was just a little to much. All - in - all I liked it but in small doses.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2006
Disappointing! I thought that being 5 stars this pie would be the best. It did have a great flavor but after being put into the refridgerator it got extremly soaked with a runny liquid (which ruined the crust).

Candied Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2007
Yum Yum Yum! Thank you for an excellent recipe! The only thing I did a little differently was I placed the pineapple on the chicken & uncovered it for the last 20 minutes. (I love pineapple so I used a lot more as well!)

Perfect, the skin was awesome and the turkey was moist. The mushy apples in the middle made a great topping!!

Excellent. Sweet, tangy and delish! Not a huge apricot fan so I may leave them out next time.

Candied Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2009
Great, sweet flavor. I didn't mash them or boil them as long because I like the potatos a little firmer.

Coconut Cream Cake I

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2009
Great cake!! Super moist and not mushy like I thought it might turn out. I think a butter cream icing might make it a little better as the whipped cream topping was a little tasteless. I was also a little scared when I started trying to get the cake out of the pan after pouring the coconut/milk mixture on but it did eventually work itself out and without crumbling.

Cranberry, Sausage and Apple Stuffing

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2009
This was really good stuffing.... but it would have been better with fresh cranberries. The dried cranberries just didn't give it enough flavor.

Delicious Baked Chicken Kiev

I think the breasts needed a bit more butter/parsley filling, but besides that - awesome :D I used fresh minced garlic cloves and chopped green onion in place of the powders.

Stuffed Jalapenos

These were so yummy! I used fresh jalepenos, next time I will boil them for a few minutes before I cook them so that they will be a little softer and less potent!
