Kabobs of any kind. Cooking meats and fishes in my new found contraption - the broiler. Fajitas.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Appetizers - I love having company over and all my friends seem to have food "issues." No fish, no seafood, no meat, no cheese, no fried food, you name it I have a friend that can't eat it. By having cocktail parties with finger foods and dips I came statisfy everyones cravings with a variety of options. A few favs: guacamole, spinach dip, veggie sushi rolls, stuffed mushrooms.

I made a lasagna that my Italian husband actually liked (I made a meal in general he actually liked)
