Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2011
Yum! My daughter and I turned these into Christmas cookies by adding red and green mini M&M's. Added the extra flour like suggested and they turned out great!

LOVE IT! This chili is really tasty. Added chopped peppers and chopped zucchini, only used 1 cup of water. Served it with corn bread, excellent healthy meal!

Oh-So-Good Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
This dish is pretty good, for one of those days when I just don't know what to make. I wouldn't rave about it, it lacks some flavor, but overall it was OK.

The cake part of this recipe is really good, I just didn't like the oatmeal topping.

Greek Pasta Salad I

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
This is really good, I took it camping and my friends asked for the recipe! I used balsamic vinegar b/c I didn't have the red wine vinegar, still a great taste. You can add any veggies you want to this dish and so easy to prepare. I cooked the noodles ahead of time and made the dressing and put in air tight container, brought along veggies, and put it all together at the campsite. So easy and so tasty!

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
Delicious! I sauted mushrooms and garlic and added to the egg mixture. Added a little salt and pepper. Added one extra egg (to make 5) like others suggested, was the perfect amount for one pie. Only needed 4 oz. cheese for one though. Was a huge hit at a potluck, was gone in seconds!

Watergate Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
This is an awesome summer salad! I put in more crushed pineapple like others suggested (glad I did, otherwise it would have been too sweet) and I put in the whole container of cool whip. It was a hit at an outdoor summer potluck. Will certainly make this again!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
Dee-lish!!! I made these for New Years Eve, my first attempt at making stuffed mushrooms, and they were a hit! Fun to make, takes a bit of time, but they were so tasty. I read other reviews that they were quite "cheesy", so I didn't fill them too much, this was a good balance between the shroom and the filling. Will definetely make these again for appys!

Oven Fried Chicken III

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2007
Fabulous recipe, easy and quick to make. The chicken was moist and tasty, husband loved it! 1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise is plenty, I used someone elses idea and baked them on a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet...allowed for ventilation all around. I did drumsticks only, will try others next time.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2007
These cookies are amazing, I can't stop eating them! I don't like using Crisco, so I used 1/4 cup baking margarine, and 1/4 cup pumpkin to replace it...turned out great. Definetely don't overbake, I did mine for 12 min's, let them sit on baking stone for a few minutes and then onto cooling rack...my husband likes them soft and chewy, he says they are perfect.
