The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Too sticky! I am about to give up on them. I can't get them to keep their shape after cutting.

Sweet Banana Bread

This bread tasted okay, but it was really dry. Sorry but I will not be making this recipe again. There are alot of other great ones for banana bread on here.

3-Cheese Stromboli

Very easy! I use the fresh dough from the grocer's deli. You can add whatever pizza toppings you want. I make it all the time when I am tired after work.

This recipe tasted good. I just could not get over the filling made out of crisco. I am pregnant and I was really craving sweets. When I actually made it I was not into the filling. I did add 1/2 cup confectioners sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla and it tasted fine. If I did not know what was in it I might have loved this recipe!

This had great flavor. I do think that adding a little more sour cream makes it creamier and a less dry in the end. I think it could be better is is was not as dry.

The concept was good. I do not like picante sauce so I subtituted taco sauce instead. I think this recipe is great idea and be spruced up to be a great meal.

Black Beans and Rice

This is a great vegetarian weeknight meal. I added a little more seasoning like cajun seasoning and black pepper. I also loved how easy it was to prepare. Thanks for the great recipe. I will be making this again very soon.

This was pretty good, but I did not like the no crust idea. It was also very easy to prepare and I have made this several times. I omitted the pepperoni because I am lacto-ovo. I used black olives and banana peppers.

Kentucky Banana Pudding

Excellent tasting and quick and easy to prepare. I would wait to add bananas until right before serving because they brown so fast. I will definitely make again.

Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

These tasted great but they make very thin pancakes, Next time I will make some changes. The strawberries and vanilla work very, I have never has pancakes like these. I will definitely try this one again

Excellent! I did not use mushrooms because I do not care for them and I used chives instead of green onions because my store ran out of green onions. This recipe seems to be easily adapted to different tastes and vegetables.

Stuffed Shells I

This was pretty good. The cottage cheese made it a little too salty. This recipe made a lot and I froze the majority of it. I might add just a bit more garlic powder to off set the saltiness next time.
