Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I didn't have a slow cooker, so I made it on the stove. It came out really good! I seared the meat, like another reviewer recommended. I also added potatoes and carrots to the mix. The gravy was the best part~

Chicken Enchiladas I

These are the best! Definitely going to make again..I didn't add the water and only used an 8 oz can of tomato sauce. I don't usually eat a lot of onions, but it was soooo good in this!
