These were pretty good. They came out soft, but needed a bit more salt for my taste. Also only made 22 8 inch tortillas, but I may not have rolled them as thin as they could have been. Wish I could get my grandma's recipe, but she says she never measures anything.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

This was great. The kids as well as the adults liked this recipe. I didn't have everything so I had to fudge a little on the spices, but it still came out great. A little sweet and spicey. Very good and will make this again for sure.

Pizza Dough I

Loved this pizza dough. It rose up super in the oven. It was so quick and easy and everyone loved it. This will be my pizza dough from now on. The best.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Yummy!! I wasn't sure which way to roll the dough up, longways or the short side, so I rolled the long side. Anyway it came out great. The cinnamon and brown sugar carmelized and the rolls rose quite nicely even after shortcutting on time a bit. The best cinnamon rolls I've ever made.

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

Made this for Christmas this year and everyone LOVED it. I'm a big pumpkin pie fan and I'd have to say this is the best. The crumb topping really made this pie.

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

Awesome Broccoli Casserole

Taco Bake I

When I ask the kids what they'd like for supper, they always say,"Taco Bake!". They love this stuff. I run the salsa through the blender, because none of us likes "chunks" in our food. It's so easy that my 10 year old daughter made it for our family one night.

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

My family loved it. I doubled the recipe for my family of 8 and there was plenty to go around plus a lot left over. Had to substitute the tomatos with chopped stewed tomatos and used rotini, but it was still fantastic. The kids liked it as well as the adults. A+.
