Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2010
This was so good! I used Hawaiian rolls. Cut the ham into 2 pieces and used one of the 1/2 slices on each roll. Split the cheese in half too! I used others advice and put the mustard/butter mixture on the inside of the roll and topped each one with a small dab of melted butter. They turned out great! Will definitely make again.

Coconut Bon Bons

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2008
These were SO good! I let the mixture sit overnight. They rolled out pretty easy. I think it is easier to just dig in and use your hands. Let them sit in the refrig after you dip them. They get too mushy if they sit out at room temp. They set up nicely after they are complete and cold! I will make these again!!!

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2008
This is awesome soup. I am not a great cook and tried this and it came out perfect. I used a frozen spinach box, as suggested by others and it was great. Full of flavor and easy! It was even better the next few days! I am making a batch for a party this weekend. Can't wait!!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2006
This recipe is really yummy! I made it last night as a casserole, just layering the tortillas instead of rolling them up and it was delicious! Added a little Tabasco to the sauce. Will definitely make again!
