Spinach Tomato Tortellini

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2014
This is just great and has become a bi-weekly meal in our home. I have made this with the tortellini and it's delicious but I once made it with five cheese ravioli and it's even better! I only use ravioli now. I also omit the heavy cream. I've actually never used it since I started making this recipe and I really like it so I'm just the heavy cream just adds more delicious calories. But hey, can't miss what you've never had right? This is a must make recipe!

Crawfish Chowder

Obviously amazing as that's what everyone has said and its oh so true! I added potatoes and three links mild Italian sausage. I really forgot to add any seasoning at all and it was still unbelievable.

Manicotti Alla Romana

Reviewed: May 29, 2012
this was very very yummy; i did use sweet italian sausage instead of ground beef like everyone else. i ended up with a good amount of filling left over; it was a little difficult for me to use a ziplock bag, maybe im just dumb when it comes to that but it was probably much easier than spooning it into the cooked manicotti. so yummy and full of carbs and calories; will definitely make again!!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2012
very good recipe, and so simple! i cooked mine at 350 for 9 minutes and they were perfect. even if they don't look done, they will cool down nicely! btw, this made way more then 24 cookies, i made about 3-4 inch round cookies and probably got close to 50...sent almost all the cookies with my husband to work, kept a few for myself :) his co-workers wanted to take me home with them hehe......can't wait to make these again!

Preacher's Delight

Friend made this for my birthday and it was very good! I can't wait to make this myself. I may mix pineapple with the cool whip and toast some coconut and sprinkle on top.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2011
the absolute best revised boxed chocolate cake ever!! I've made it about a dozen times and i frequently make it as a gift for friends who are sick. very easy and does not require any type of frosting. A must try!! Note: when i first made this cake i accidently used the smaller instant pudding package. i think 3.9 instead of 5.9. between 1/2 and 3/4 cup of oil and 1/3 cup of milk. and ALL the chocolate chips (mini) fabulous! :)

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
this was the absolute best chicken noodle soup! Hubby was sick and what's better than chicken noodle soup. I sauted the carrots, celery, onions, and garlic in butter before i added the broth. our store did not have veggie broth so i used 4 cans of chicken broth (not low sodium) and one of the broth cans filled with water and mixed with a chicken bouilloin cube. i also added just a pinch of poultry seasoning, garlic powder and thyme, and added half a can of cream of chicken. The best!!! you cannot go wrong with this recipe. Im actually looking forward to making this again :)

Cinnamon Sugar Butter Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
you definitely have to chill these before you start to roll them in the cinnamon sugar. When i brought these to work for my co-workers nobody really wanted to try them. when i forced them to, they couldn't believe how incredibly soft they were and couldn't stop eating them. they taste exactly like the mall sugar cookies but better!

Glazed Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2010
This is awesome! I didn't have beef buillon cubes so I used the Lipton beefy onion packet. And topped it with brown gravy instead of the rest of the ketchup mixture. Only becausey my husband loves brown gravy. The best! Must try!!
