This was delicious. Added 1 quartered lemon and some fresh chopped parsley at the end. Served with an ice cold beer and a crusty bread to soak up some broth.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2010
These were great. I used an asian marinade I found at The Fresh Market that had all the ingredients of the sauce. I browned one lb of ground pork, onion and garlic and then just added the marinande to the pan with a little seame oil, heated through. Served with chopped scallion greens and crunchy fried rice noodles. YUMMY!

Rigatoni in Vodka Sauce

Great combination of flavors and the family gobbled it up. I too added 1 lb. sausage and sauteed with the onion and garlic. The chopped fresh basil on top really gave it a nice flavor.

Mahogany Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
I don't like chicken wings if the skin is soggy and I have tried similar recipes like this and the skin was soggy. I substituted pork spare ribs for the wings, followed the recipe exact and then cooked for 1 hour. They were GREAT. The flavor was very nice and the sauce thickens up and is delicious. May even try them on chicken wings and grill them to crisp the skin.

Baked Stuffed Shrimp

These were great. I used Ritz crackers instead of the soda crackers and added 6 oz lump crabmeat. I also sauteed a 1/2 small onion and 1/4 lb chopped fresh mushrooms with 2 cloves chopped garlic and added to the mixture. Yummy!

These were very tasty. I followed some advice of other reviewers and used sour cream instead of the milk for a better consistentcy. Also, I used marsalla wine which gave it a nice flavor. I substituted cream of chicken for the cream of mushroom just for a different flavor.

Sausage Cups

WOW! What a hit. I too used hot sausage as it gave a nice little tang. I also used the pre-baked Phyllo cups. That was so much quicker and very crisp.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2009
This BBQ sauce was great. I too didn't have any tomato paste on hand, so I used ketchup instead. I didn't have any liquid smoke either, but it didn't seem to make a difference as this sauce was great.

These are great, but much better deep fried instead of baked. Not as healthy, but much better tasting.
