Sweet and Sour Drumettes

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
These were so good. I changed it a bit though. I added salt and pepper to the flour. I only had 1 3/4 tbsp of soy sauce. SO I added 1/2 tsp ginger and 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 sugar.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: May 17, 2007
This was really good even thought I messed it up a little. I used seasoned salt on the fish before I cooked it. I doubled the sauce. I used bread crumbs as other did. I just put 1 cup in...next time I will only put in 1/4 to 1/2 cup.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: May 17, 2007
This was really good. I was kinda soso about this recipe, but it turned out really good. I only used 3 really big chicken breast and I cut them into pieces. I like a lot of sauce so I only used half of the noodles. Next time will add mushrooms. This is a keeper!!

Baked French Toast

Reviewed: May 13, 2007
I made this for mothers day. This was so good!!! I had no problems as others stated. I made sure I butter the pan good so it wouldn't stick. It was a little soggy, but it was still good. Mine didn't all fit in one pan so I used a 8x8 for the extra bread. I topped it with powered sugar and fresh blueberries and strawberries.

Swedish Meatballs I

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2006
Ii am rating this a five star cause I changed the recipe. I only used the sauce from this recipe. I used the meatballs from recipe swedish meatballs II. I cooked the meatballs just like that recipe calls for. Please do not confuse EVAPORATED MILK with CONDENSED MILK. They are very different. It turned out excellent.

I am giving this a five star only cause I changed the recipe. I made the meatballs just like this recipe. I used the sauce recipe from Swedish Meatballs I. 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can evaporated milk. Do not confuse evaporated milk with condensed milk. They are very different. They turned out excellent.

Beefaroni

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2006
I listened to others about adding onion, garlic and oreango. It still was unappetizing. There were way to many noodles. I only could use half the box. I would rather have the can. My husband couldn't even eat it.

Garlic Butter Sauce I

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2006
way to much oregano and basil. That is all I could really taste. I listened to others and add salt. I tired to fix it but it was just way overpowering. I add tomatos and cheese. Will try my own version next time.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2006
This was so good. I did some changes. I only used 1 can of corn, instead of all the spices I used a taco seasoning package, and I used medium taco sauce. It was spicy.
