Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

Outstanding! I made 2 for a Halloween party and they were gone. I followed suggestions here about how to make the roll work - used wax paper on the bottom of the jelly roll pan and flipped it out of the pan and rolled it while it was still hot. I then chilled the cream cheese mixture for 2 hours and let the cake cool for over an hour. It rolled perfectly. I will definitely be using this at my Mother-in-Law's for Thanksgiving since it is guaranteed to FINALLY impress her!

Fresh Broccoli Salad

German Lasagna

I'm not a huge fan of saurkraut but everyone I make this for who is loves the meal. It's easy to make and is different. My brother in law likes it so much we made it for Hanukkah dinner two years ago for him with turkey sausage. Easy, delicious, and very unique.

This was amazing! I made it for a Christmas Eve dinner with a Greek theme there were no leftovers at all. It was easy to make and when paired with rice pilaf and the greek salad, made a great dinner. We will definitely use this recipe again when it gets warmer for a BBQ.

I made this for a Christmas Eve dinner with a Greek theme - it was a HIT! I had few leftovers from the two pans I made of it. Even my 8 year old liked it.
