Amber's Devils on Horseback

this was a quick, easy, and very tasty dish - my husband and I enjoyed it very much. I used frozen scallops, and I found the cooking times to be perfect. I served white rice and caesar salad with the scallops. I will definitely make this again!

Oregano Chicken

this was easy, delicious, and my family loved it. next time, I'll make more sauce, though - there wasn't quite enough for both the meat and the egg noodles I made as an accompaniment, and we all wanted more of it.
