The Best Doggy Biscuits!

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2006
My pup seems to enjoy these. The recipe made a ton - he'll be snacking on these for quite a while. Very easy to make and nice that it didn't require being rolled out.

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2004
These were great! I used portabellos and they had a nice "meaty" flavor. I'll definitely put these into the rotation.

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2003
I used the ground turkey with only 1% fat and it came out pretty good. Definitely better the next day. I added a few cloves of minced garlic and a dash of cumin. Next time, I might switch up the beans.

Mediterranean Chickpea, Tomato, and Pasta Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2003
There was something missing from this soup... I can't figure it out. I liked it, but I did not love it. Next time I'll add garlic in with the onions and maybe use less water. I did like the little touch of cinnamon.

Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2003
This is a great recipe. I used beef broth and fat-free sour cream. If anything, I'd use less sour cream the next time (because there will definitely be a next time!). I highly recommend this one.

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2003
I am not a big fan of turkey burgers, but these were great. For those who love recipes with only a few ingredients, this is for you! I can't wait to have these again...

Margarita Chicken I

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2003
I was a little unsure of this dish, but it came out really tasty! I followed suggestions from other reviewers and browned the chicken first and used less mix than required. I added a little cornstarch at the end to thicken the sauce. I'll definitely be making this again!

Chickpea and Couscous Delight

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2003
This was very easy and fairly tasty. I scaled it down for 1 serving, and the oil and vinegar was so scant, I could have omitted it and not missed anything. Good for a quick summer meal.

Chickpea Salad

Reviewed: May 24, 2003
WAAAY too much vinegar. I have to believe this recipe is wrong. I left the party with nearly all of the salad I came with - what an enormous disappointment.

Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: May 24, 2003
such a tasty marinade! I would definitely use low-sodium soy sauce next time (maybe a little less, too) and add more lime. The family loved it!

Easy Shrimp Dinner

Reviewed: May 9, 2003
This was quite tasty! I omitted the salt, as I figured the soy sauce was salty enough. Next time, I'd make a little more sauce and toss in extra snow peas. Great taste, low cal, easy to make.

I used 1% milk and lite sour cream and it tasted great. I will definitely be making this a lot.

Quick! Easy! Delicious! What more could I ask for? This will definitely end up in heavy rotation in my kitchen! I can't wait to make this again!
