Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2006
Love, Love, Love this recipe. I have made it about 6 times now and even made it for company. It was a huge hit...Thanks for a great recipe. The only thing that I do different is put all the sauce on while baking.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

I wanted a carnival style chocolate covered apple...Love this simple recipe. I used chopsticks for the stick because I couldn't find popsicle sticks in Germany. But these turned out so good thanks for a great recipe.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Reviewed: May 23, 2006
They were okay but 13 minutes is way to long...Maybe I made mine a bit thinner I don't know but the bottoms were burnt...I also used butter for more flavor istead of the shortening.

Love this. It was so good. I omitted the salt as others suggested and it came out perfect thanks for a great recipe. You can also make this same recipe with chicken drummetts. Put them in frozen and you wont have to add hardly any water. Thanks again.

These were so good. I used some leftover lime chicken from the "Lime Chicken Soft Taco" recipe on this site. Also homemade refried beans and homemade Pico de gallo. Sooooo good and super easy. My husband ate two all to himself! Thanks for a great and easy recipe. I will be making this alot.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2006
After reading a lot of reviews good and bad ones I decided to make this recipe. I pounded the chicken and put pepper and garlic powder on both sides before placing in garlic mixture. I also used unsalted butter instead of olive oil. I baked for 20 min at 425 degrees. It was excillent. I served with mashed potatoes and a big green salad. My two year old even ate it. Thanks for a good recipe and a lot of tips on everybody's comments.

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2006
even though it was really salty...I will be making this again. I started to only use one cup of milk with one boullion cube but the gravy was way to salty I had to add more milk. Next time I will use unsalted butter and beef broth maybe that will cut back on the saltyness. Other then that it was really good. My picky 2 year old ate it up which is rare since he never eats meat unless its chicken fingers.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2006
My sister recommended this recipe...It was great! Even my picky 2 1/2 year old ate it. I put a litte bit of water in his so that it wasnt too spicy. But for Me it was perfect. I didn't feel like heating the oven up so I just used tortilla chips for a nice crunch. This recipe is definitly a keeper. I will be making it again soon.
