Homemade Mac and Cheese
So...I made some changes to this. I used 1 small can of evaporated milk and fill the rest up to the 3 cups with milk. I cooked up about 6 strips of bacon, cut that into pieces and added that in, and I also sauteed 2 chicken breasts and cut them in to chunks, added 3 cloves of minced garlic to them and let them and added that in with the pasta and cheese sauce. I added about 1 T. of minced onion and some black pepper in with the sauce as well. It turned out great with my modifications, but I guess in making it again I would either make less pasta or a little more cheese sauce to compensate for the fact that the chicken soaks up some sauce as well.

Cranberry Banana Oat Bread
This is my favorite banana bread recipe. It's a nice changeup from regular old banana bread.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I ended up using 1/2 c. oil and 1/3 c. milk. I also used coffee instead of water. It did take longer than I expected to bake though, I think it was in the oven for like 1 hr and 10 minutes or so. But I greased the pan with butter which I think helped in keeping it moist and gave it a nice buttery touch.
