Perfect, I seasoned with salt and pepper before dipping. My boyfriend loves it.

Di's Delicious Deluxe Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2012
Perfect! They're so simple with a wonderful flavor and that's what deviled eggs are all about. The crunchy hit of onion and celery makes them have great texture. Alternate toppings could be dill or smoked paprika.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2012
Always a hit. Always. I usually just buy 2 boxes of sandwiches and fill the pan up with as many layers as I can. Now that IC sandwiches are smaller than they used to be, the number may be off in the recipe.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2012
5 stars for ease. 4 stars for flavoring. I may add some garlic and onions to the pot next time. Honestly, if you like pulled pork-make this recipe! It's such a good base to make your own. I used Sweet Baby Ray's-which we all know is the best BBQ sauce.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2012
Excellent. Moist and done in 20 mins. The batter seemed thick at first so I presumed they would be dense but I was proven wrong. The crumb topping is to die for.

Trail Mix Cookies

Healthy AND delish. Who woulda thunk? I added a little more chocolate because, why not? Great road food.

White Chocolate Macadamia Cranberry Dreams

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
Perfect. They are like clouds. So chewy and delish. Bake them just until set as the recipe states-no need to brown them (a little brown around the edges is ok.) We doubled the size of these to make huge cookies, pressing them down before baking because they don't spread much. Make sure you have a good cookie sheet (air pocketed) or other high quality brand.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2011
Everyone raved about this. I added toasted sliced almonds and crumbled bleu cheese. Also, Bolthouse Balsamic vinaigrette instead of making my own.

Eggplant Pizzas

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2011
Really quite good. I took the recommendation of others and floured, egged then dipped these slices in italian breadcrumbs. After greasing a cookie sheet with olive oil, I cooked these for 20 mins at 450. Then topped with sauce, parm and mozz cheeses and a mix of mushrooms, onions, garlic, and red peppers. bake again for 8 minutes on 350. Like homemade tapas! Please make. So easy and came out crispy and perfect.

Awesome! I did marinate the chicken in olive oil and Italian seasoning. SO much juicier and more flavorful. Solid recipe.

Baked Honey Nut Chicken

Yum! Even better the second day. Make sure you have plain breadcrumbs (not Italian style) and serve it with zesty honey mustard on the side as a dipping sauce.

Frozen Mudslide

Delish! Exactly what I was looking for. I didn't have chocolate syrup so I substituted powdered cocoa and chocolate chips. I also added a few tablespoons of heavy cream.

Needs a bit more cocoa or melted chocolate to make it truly chocolaty. Otherwise, SO good. Moist, strong banana flavor and delicious.

Very tasty. Added some thinly sliced red onion in the middle to give it a kick. Also, mixed the sour cream with a tablespoon of Ken's honey mustard. Thanks for a great recipe!
