World's Best Lasagna
Ok...this one is awesome. BUT for some masochistic reason I decided to make it with my homemade noodles and homemade ricotta. It was out of this world...the 2 days of work (not kidding) was worth it.
BUT I really think the flavor is in the slow simmer of the sauce. The second time I did it with store bought ricotta an no boil noodles and noticed little difference...just 4 or so hours less of prep time. Make, enjoy...reheated it's a great breakfast....
