Any-Season Fruit Bowl

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
This was very easy to make and very tasty. I was a little worried about the anise flavor because I am not a big fan of the anise flavor. But after cooking the syrup as directed it left just a very slight little hint of anise that was not overpowering and made you stop and say mmm what is that. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe.

Satay Sauce

This is a great recipe and very easy to make. Next time I will cut the recipe in half as I had a lot of sauce left over.

This is a great recipe--very easy and quick to prepare. Even my husband who dislikes casseroles thought it was a winner.

Broccoli Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2006
SUPER EASY and DELICIOUS. I tried this one last night and even my 2 year old said mmmm! I did shorten the already quick cooking time by using pre-cooked chicken and frozen broccoli which I cooked with bow-tie pasta.

Spicy Orange Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2006
My family loved this recipe. I also subsituted OJ for the brandy. One change was that I assembled all ingredients into a mixing cup and after browning the meat and adding in a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables I poured sauce over the top and let it reduce down. Very quick and very easy. The most time consuming aspect was grating the orange peel but now I'll take the advice posted her and only quarter the peel to remove later.
