Walnut Raisin Scones

The recipe itself is fine without any intentional alterations (I say intentional because I was under the impression when it said "add 2 tbsp of the walnuts and raisins" that it called for 2 tbsp of raisins too, not all of them. Also I lowered the temperature to 400 degrees for 12 minutes instead of 425 for 10 so they could cook more evenly without browning too much. Excellent recipe without any added sugar. Thanks for adding it!

One Bowl Brownies

This recipe turned out extremely cake-like and not at as chocolaty as I would expect of a brownie. I've never had any trouble with chocolate recipes before but I didn't like these at all. It wasn't worth the ingredients.

Hoot Owl Cookies

Fantastic recipe- clever, adorable and tasty! My friend and I made these for a party and they were an absolute hit! We tried the m&m and chocolate chip idea and it turned out that just baking the m&ms tends to crack them, while just the chocolate chip is rather plain. We ended up using the baked (melted) chocolate chips to 'glue' the m&ms into place.

No Fail Chocolate Fudge

My friend and I attempted this fudge twice since the first time it ended up like a very hard cookie (we think it was the thermometer's inaccurate reading. So we highly recommend checking whether or not the thermometer is accurate before using. If not, using the cold water check method works perfectly.) The second time, however, it turned out alright, but didn't meet our expectations from the positive reviews.

Fudgy Brownies II

Asparagus Bundt Cake

My family loved this cake and no one agreed as to what it tasted like. It's a very unique flavor that is rather indescribable and apparently different to everyone. Therefore, everyone should get their own opinion on it.

Toffee Nut Cookies

These are rather good altho they're pretty rich. My dad complained that he couldn't eat very many at a time because of all the sugar. Maybe use a little less if you have a low sugar tolerence. Oh, and a mistake i made was putting the chocolate on before the cookie part hardened/ cooled enough... yeah that didn't work all that well. Let it cool a little more XD

very moist and easy to make altho not quite as chocolatey as I was expecting. decorating it was also no easy task so maybe just stick to a little sifted powdered sugar on top

Chocolate Mousse II

Simply AMAZING! I was worried at first because the melted chocolate and whipped egg whites became rather soupy, but once refridgerated it was the perfect mousse. It tasted like I used dark chocolate [which is my favorite]. Oh and i used the double boiler method- worked perfectly.

These were so delicious, fast and easy to make. And it was great I got to use up some of the raspberry jam from our garden(we have more than we can shake a stick at). thank you so much for this recipe =] i'll definitely be making it again!

Caramel Cake with Caramel Nut Frosting

Great recipe although I didn't have time to let the frosting reach soft ball stage so I ended up serving it as a glaze. And as for the walnuts, I finely ground and sprinkled them on top decorating with a few walnut halves. Very tasty though, my family loved it =]

Hungarian Goulash

Being Hungarian myself, I agree that it's unheard of to put beans of any sort in Goulash [thats what the fozeleks and such are for]. It's fine as a soup in general though.
