Easy French Dip Sandwiches

White Chili I

AWESOME! I slow cooked some pork and shredded it - that was the meat I used in this, other than that, the only other change I made was that I enjoyed the soup so much before even adding the cheese, as a cutting calorie option, we added cheese on top of the soup, with a few crushed tortilla chips and it was fabulous!!!!! GREAT RECIPE - don't change a thing and if you want to cut calories, adding the cheese to the top of the soup before it becomes a chili.. it is really good!

really good marinade - I marinated 4 large Iowa Chops for 4 hours and next time I would double that time to really infuse the flavors as I don't think I got the full potential of the marinade.

Chicken Tortilla Bake

Not bad. I was a bit disappointed and I followed it to the letter. It seemed better the next day with fresh tortilla chips crunched on top. Giving it 4 stars since I can't do 3.5

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Very good! I had to use a non dairy creamer due to my lactose intollerance and it still rocked! I followed the recipe to a tee but did do as others suggested and sauted carrots and onions in olive oil before adding the broth/chicken mixture. I was out of fresh garlic so I used garlic powder, it still worked! I was craving a recipe like this and it just hit the spot! Can't wait to try the leftovers tomorrow!!!

Very good marinade, I followed the recipe exactly. My only problem was I marinaded for 6 hours only, would recommend overnight or at least the recommended 8.

Indian Relish

As I was making this, I was confused on how it was going to turn out and my gosh did it stink up my house... I let it sit overnight to serve for Christmas Eve, I microwaved it for about 45 seconds to soften it, poured it over cream cheese and served with wheat crackers. WOW - what a hit!!! I couldn't believe something so simple would be so good! It was the first thing gone. I didn't make it very spicy because of kids but can't wait to try it that way next time. THIS IS AWESOME..just make sure you have good ventalation in your house when preparing as the wine vinegar is strong during the simmer.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Very Good. The one thing I agree about from other peoples reviews is slicing the meat and returning it to the crockpot on warm in the juices for about 30-45 minutes. Also, the garlic powder, some salt and pepper really added more flavor. Will keep making this!

Hot Pizza Dip

Really good! I baked mine at 350 for about 15 minutes and it rocked. I tore up some soft bagels and we used that for the dip, tasted like little pizzas. Went over well. I like the fact you can change it up with different ingredients. The parm cheese almost made it thicker to hold everything in. Very nice!

Northwest Steakhouse Steak Marinade

Solid!!! This is really so good!!! I have tried it twice and liked it best with a little more than a pinch of garlic powder. It really tastes like a steak house steak!!! Very tender results. Thank You for sharing! **Update: I tried it on a pork chop and it tasted like I was eating a steak**

Not bad. Easier to put together than others said. I thought it was a bit bland, next time I will put a little garlic salt on the crescent rolls. Overall pretty good though, easy to make!

Cocoa Banana Bars

Very good, the thing I liked is I had all the ingredients on hand and that is always a good thing. This was very easy to make and very tasty. I made the mistake of not measuring the bananas, I used 2 medium sized and it looked like a cup and a half but it must not have been so my bars turned out a little dry. I blame myself for that. Next time I will add a little more banana. Very creative idea - will make again!

Slow-Cooked Corn Chowder

Pretty good! I only changed 2 things, I added 3 cups of frozen hashbrowns and bacon instead of ham because that is what I had on hand. Tastes extra good the next day.
