Very tasty, and quick to prepare and leave overnight for breakfast. Served with fried eggs, bacon and tomato. Stuffed to the gills - lovely. Thanks for the recipe.

Had this last night. Bloody Beaut. And so easy. I used chicken thighs as they were on the special at the Supermarket. Added a couple of handfulls of thickly sliced mushrooms.

Slow Cooker Bean Casserole AKA Sweet Chili

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2008
Like others, I used maple syrup and onion instead of sugar & bell pepper. A little sweet for me but nice all the same. Sure to be a hit with kids.

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2007
Yummy, this was first rate. I unfortunately live across the road from a Deli. So on getting some ham I pondered in pancetta might be better so the bloke behind the counter convinced me to take some and try it. So put both in, also had a dribble of truffle oil left in the bottle - in she went. As that chap on the t.v. says, "It kicked it to the next level." In terms of expense too haha.

Yumm, definitely a keeper even if it is 'Aussie' and I'm a kiwi. Simply superb although I did use real onion.

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2006
A little too much garlic for me, but I do tend to be somewhat heavy handed with garlic so it may have been me, but with a sprinkle of manuka smoked salt this dish was very good all the same.

Crab-Stuffed Sole

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2006
Well, I live right beside the Pacific Ocean, but sole is one of my favourite seafoods although i usually get it crumbed and deep fried from the local Fish & Chip shop, so when I purchased some from the Supermarket for a change I thought I'd try something different and had a search around here where this recipe caught my attention. This was easy to make and is a very tasty and classy dish. Thank You.

Super recipe, although I did wonder what exactly Salibury Steak was. But lo, to those of wus who speak the Queen's English it was a variation on Rissoles No matter, a very tasty dish, thank you.

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2006
This was good, but as noted elswhere, somewhat bland. Also, I think the cooking time is a bit long. I will try it again and give it a bit of zip.

Very tasty and so simple. I used a kilo or so of what we call gravy beef. I added a little extra butter, some garlic, couple of carrots and an onion. Superb.
