I was looking for a quick, easy and delicious chocolate fix. Well, the quick and easy parts were there, just not the delicious. Blah city.

a tasty bread. I added a touch more sugar and baked in small loaf pans for gifts. Watch the baking time--can really dry out!

Even though I followed the tips from the other reviews, they still turned out to be a crumbly mess. What a waste.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2001
I broke tradition and made a sausage stuffing this year for family. This was just incredible. I used 90% cornbread which made it extra delicious. The family loved it and said it's a must for next year. Easy to make and just wonderful! Cranberries are great and festive.

Autumn Pear and Pumpkin Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2001
I made this as a first course for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it---this is a VERY simple, elegant soup to make. Because it is so rich, we think this is definitely a "sipper" soup--couldn't imagine eating a whole bowl! The pear garnish is a must.

Chocolate Cherry Biscotti

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2001
I included these in Christmas presents and they were very popular! I used dried craisins rather than cherries and they turned out delicious. These are going to be a holiday tradition.
