Grilled Garlic Artichokes

This was really good. I did scale back the olive oil to 2 tablespoons due to the fact that I only had one artichoke and I am trying to cut down on fat intake (I didn't even use it all). I kept everything else the same. I am a die hard butter and artichoke fan but this is so much healthier and I will continue to make it this way. I too broiled instead of grilled like other reviewers and it was yummy, can't wait to try on the grill.

Delicious!!! I used this for chicken AND vegetables. This was fantastic. I did not have limes so used lemons instead, but next time...LIMES.

YUMMY!!!! This was so good. I added artichokes as others have suggested and I added zucchini as well. This was so tasty, I will be making this again and again. Thanks for a great recipe.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

YUM YUM YUM. This is gone by the next day and my kids fight over the leftovers!!!! This is fantastic and is devoured every time. I like to add some of the cheese into the green beans and sprinkle the rest on the top.

French Onion Soup With Browned Garlic

I thought this recipe was wonderful. I did happen to make some modifications. I added more broth and added vegetarian worchestire sauce. This adds wonderful depth and flavor. YUM!!! This is a total do again.

Saltine Toffee Cookies

WOW!!!! Fast, easy and best of all CHEAP. Ok so I am easy to please. These are fantastic. I did as other reviewers stated and lined the pan with foil and they came out perfect. I also reduced the butter to 3/4C. These are wondreful.
