Amazing Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
These were very tasty. I think next time I would like to use frozen baby shrimp that retain their shape a little better. But the taste was delicious. My mushrooms were a little smaller than I expected but still turned out fine.

Beefy Cabbage Stew

Reviewed: May 17, 2006
Good, but not very exciting. Next time I will add some hot sauce or more cayenne.

Harvest Pork Stew

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
I have made this twice now and I love it. It is very comforting and makes me feel happy! I think I stayed pretty much to the recipe although I did use fresh squash. I have made it stove top and in the slow-cooker and it came out delicious both ways. Last time, the squash started turning brown (still tasted good) so I may try adding them just a bit later on next time.

Chocolate Hazelnut Mocha Cappuccino Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
This was easy to make and very good. I think I would like to try it sometime with the mocha layer on top of a dark chocolate black-bottom style filling. I made one with the hazelnuts and one without - the nuts totally made the pie.

Stuffed Shells I

Reviewed: May 31, 2006
These were very good. Half of the batch I made without change, other than using 2 cups ricotta. I added spinach and mushroom to the second half...just threw it in the food processor. Both varieties were yummy. The recipe made 2 pans worth of shells and I still had some filling left over.
