Last Minute Mushrooms

great recipe, like others i sauteed onions and garlic, put them on the side, sauteed mushrooms only cut in half, not sliced. Then combined everything with a dash of salt in the final minute of cooking.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

This was wonderful. I was looking for a recipe to use of some blueberries, and when i came across this I realized I also had 2 zucchini's sitting in the fridge, which is exactly how much you need. I ran out of white sugar so I only used 3/4 white sugar and another 1 1/4 cup brown sugar. Everything else was the same. Not overly sweet, just perfect. I cant wait to try the crumb topping on it as others mentioned next time I make it.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Great base recipe - but i used only about 10 oz cream cheese and i used a little over 3 cups confect. sugar, also add some vanilla - turned out great.

Carrot Cake III

Excellent recipe. I added about 7 oz can of crushed pineapple with some juice. My cake fell just a bit in the middle so maybe I'll add less juice next time. It was already very very moist. I also did 1/2 brown sugar 1/2 white sugar. Everyone LOVED it!!

Creamy Baked Chicken

This was a great base recipe but I made some changes which make it a 5star recipe. I used 1 can chicken broth instead of water. I seasoned my chicken w/ salt, pepper, red pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. I also added a bit of all of this seasoning mix into the creamy sauce. I added 1/2 stick of melted butter into the sauce. I dusted the chicken with flour and browned it 1-2 min per side first. Put that in a casserole dish and layered on sauteed mushrooms and onions, then put the cream on top. Served over pasta w/ garlic bread - it was amazing.

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

This recipe is excellent, however I gave it only 4 stars because the measurements of the liquids need to be changed because I wanted way more sauce (I made it one time before and it didnt have enough sauce) and also I wanted it thicker. I put 2 cups heavy cream, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup milk, and I still had to add another 1/4 c. heavy cream w/ some flour mixed in to thicken it up. But after that, it was absolutely incredible. And the chicken also comes out softer if you use thighs and other parts rather than breasts in my opinion.
