Velvety Pumpkin Soup With Blue Cheese and Bacon
This was absolutely delicious!! I added a little sherry - maybe about 2T. One review asked what "pumpkin pie spice" is... it is a spice mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice - I didn't have the mixture on hand myself, so I used a heaping 1/4t of both cinnamon and nutmeg and 1/8t of ginger and allspice.

Coconut Shrimp I
Awesome... thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I added just a bit more coconut to the batter. Used the dipping sauce as suggested using 1/4 cup orange marmalade, 1T dijon mustard and 1T horseradish. Everyone raved about these -will definitely be making them again soon :) Thank you again!

Chicken Marsala
This is an excellent recipe which has an end product that is top notch. Made a few monir changes to add a little flavor... sauteed chicken breasts with a little minced shallot and used sweet marsala and cream sherry instead of ordinary cooking wines. Came out absolutely fabulous!!!! Will definitely be added to the family faves. Thanks for sharing this recipe!!!
