French Bread

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
My house smells great right now! We're about to have this bread with asopao (a puertorrican chicken and rice soup). I used all-purpose flour because I didn't have bread flour on hand. I checked at the 5 min mark the bread machine and I didn't have to add any flour of water. I baked in my stone and spritz the oven a couple times with water. I didn't use the egg wash, and instead I brushed the loaves with water. YUMM!! I might make this again tomorrow!

Cake Mix Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2009
These were delicious!! I used French Vanilla cake mix instead of White. I am gonna go ahead and blame FL humidity, but I had to add extra flour to the dough so I ended up with 20 rolls! - I'm not complaining and neither is my husband or my 2 yr old =) I used my KitchenAid, which made it a breeze and will be making these again, especially whenever we want cinnamon rolls fast.

Panettone II

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2008
I did not care for this recipe.I have to say, I use my bread machine all the time so nothing went wrong with that. This bread is nothing like Panettone, it's not sweet at all and the amount of dried fruit does not even come close. Mine tasted salty.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2007
This is a very good recipe but I made a couple of changes. I used 1/2 cup of butter, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup Splenda to cut down on calories, and a teaspoon vanilla. I baked it in a bundt pan but had to bake it for almost 1 hour (58 mins to be exact). Very moist and yummy. Next day I toasted the sliced bread with butter and Oh my god!! **Every time I make this recipe is delicious... I just can't get enough of it! This time I subbed half applesauce, half oil, and it was still moist and wonderful.

Great recipe!!! Since I tried this one I haven't gone back to any other recipe. My friends really like. I use my KitchenAid to make the dough and it's so easy! And bake on a stone for a crispy outside.
