This is really delicious. I went much heavier on the crushed red pepper for more heat. In addition, if you plan to use more veggies than just green onion, do triple the amount of the sauce ingredients. In peanut oil and the garlic (double the amount) I cooked the onions, thin sliced red bell pepper, cubed zucchini for about 4 minutes so they were still crunchy. Then removed from the wok. I added a bit more peanut oil and threw in about a pound of uncooked shrimp. When that was part way cooked, I pushed the shrimp up the sides and added the sauce in and stirred the shrimp back in. Then I added the veggies back in when the shrimp was just about done to coat everything in the sauce. Just delicious. Served over sticky rice.
