Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

Love this dish!! The bacon becomes like a crust to the chicken! Add onions later - I had some burnt onions which weren't so nice, make sure they cook in some the bacon grease!

Orange Cranberry Drops

These are great! Good for something fresh and different. We added some chocolate chips with the cranberries and it was awesome.
