About this Cook
Mother of 3 beautiful daughters, ages 20, 16, 14. Do not have much time to cook or bake, so I like to find recipes that are quick and tasty. My time with my girls is precious to me so I would rather be with them.
My favorite things to cook
Meatloaf, shake n bake (chops or chicken), chicken divan; bake: banana bread; nana's chocolate cake recipe non cook items: taco salad, orange fluff (I should really post this item on here someday)

Orange Fluff I
I have been making this recipe for many years, didn't know it was actually a recipe on the internet (lol). I mix the dry orange jello (sugar free for my aunt and dad who are diabetic...in a separate container) into the cottage cheese and mix real well first. Then I add the cool whip so it is very smooth, then add the mandarin oranges. Some people love the mini marshmallows in it so I always make sure I bring a bag with me so they can add themselves if they want to (but I never put them in the desert). What a great idea to puree the cottage cheese beforehand (I like cottage cheese by itself, but in this desert I have always thought it a little too chunky myself). Great tip! thanks

Fruit Dip II
I have made this recipe before I saw this one-mine was a little different-I used the bigger jar of marshmallow fluff and I also added some drops of lemon juice (gives it a good flavor).
