After reading other reviews, I used white wine instead of milk and Stove Top chicken stuffing (6 oz.). I thought it was ok and my husband really liked it. Next time I will try to find the cream of chicken with herbs and not use the Stove Top. I doubled the sauce mix and used extra cheese, but didn't taste the cheese at all. I think with a less artificially flavored stuffing and more cheese this will be awesome. I would also recommend using more stuffing than called for if you are doubling the sauce, as it was a bit soupy. I also cut the chicken into about 4 pieces per breast.

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

We weren't thrilled with this at all. In fairness, I am not a meatloaf fan, but my husband had been bugging me to make some. I thought this one sounded ok, but it just wasn't for us. If you like meatloaf and sweet saucy things try this recipe.

i used neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese, and evaporated skim milk instead of cream to cut down on the fat content of this dish. i also skipped the step of adding the water and cooking for 30 minutes, just browned the chicken pieces until they were cooked through. it was still very, very good.

Pretty Chicken Marinade

awesome, awesome, awesome. used 2 tbls brown sugar like others suggested, also used reg. soy sauce and everyone loved it. not too salty at all. we boiled the remaining marinade at a very fast boil for about 3minutes then used it for dipping. half thought this was over kill and half loved it with the extra sauce. awesome!
