These are great, but definitely cut back the powdered sugar. They were too crumbly...I would use only 3 cups next time.

Pierogi Casserole

This was very good. I loved the bacon and garlic, but next time I think I will leave out the lasagna noodles and just serve this as a potato dish.

Puffs

These are fabulous. I used cheddar cheese instead of the Monterey jack. I could not fry 4 at a time, 3 of them would burn while I was removing the first 1. (but maybe that's just my ineptness at frying) Make sure you serve these right away, they get soggy (from the grease) when left to sit.

This recipe is fantastic. I used a chocolate cookie crust and sprinkled chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips around the outside of the crust for a dramatic effect!

Chocolate Chip Muffins

These muffins are great. I can't stand it when people give something a bad review when they haven't followed the recipe. "I added this and took away that" Don't give a bad review when you've created a totally different recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect. I also made a second batch using chocolate chips and strawberries. Very yummy!

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Delicious..I don't ever recall having eaten cobbler before so I have nothing to compare it to. But the taste and texture were great. I used a bag of frozen mixed berries and put a dollop of cool whip on top. I will make this again.

Choice Apple and Banana Muffins

How can people rate a recipe badly when they don't follow the original ingredient directions. "I used... and replaced ...with..." You have totally changed the recipe. If you've changed the recipe that drastically, submit your own. It really deceives people when we read bad reviews only to come to the conclusion that the reviewer didn't follow the recipe exactly. Is the ORIGINAL recipe any good?

Easy Platz (Coffee Cake)

This was really good except mine just wouldn't get done in the middle, I baked it for about 45 minutes before taking it out because the edges were getting a little too brown. I think next time, I'll try a slightly larger pan, so it's not so thick.

Busy Day Chicken Rice Casserole

This is fantastic. I made a couple small changes. I used milk instead of the water (makes it creamier) and I threw some shredded Cheddar cheese on top when it was just about done.

BUSH'S® Southern Beef and Beans Casserole

Fantastic. This was awesome. I used bar-b-que sauce instead of the tomato paste. I think next time I will just serve the corn bread separate, it got too done on top but was runny underneath.
