Wow. Absolutely Delicious! I omitted the nuts and didn't make any other changes to the recipe. My 2 year old on up to my husband enjoyed them.

Banana Cookies

Wow these cookies are fabulous. I make them without nuts and due to my son's egg allergy, I used an egg substitute. The cookies are cakey, as opposed to hard. They are so tasty and so addictive. My 9-month old daughter likes them, my 3-year old son likes them and my husband inhales them as well. I've been making them every other week and have served them at meetings, playgroups and more. They are always a big hit and everyone asks for the recipe.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Wow! Super-Yummy. I made it with soy-mayonnaise and I used red wine vinegar and left out the sunflower seeds. It was very good. The actual recipe doesn't make too much and I would at least double it for a potluck. It will go fast!

Coconut Cream Pie VIII

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2000
This only took 20 minutes to make, but instead of having all the coconut on top, I chose to mix in the 1 1/2 cups with the batter and sprinkle the 1/2 cup on top. It set well and was very, very tasty.

Coconut Cream Pie III

Even though this was very easy to make - it wasn't extremely tasty. Personally, I didn't care for the crunchy top (from baking), followed by the gushy middle.

Blue Ribbon Chocolate Chip Cookies

Great Cookies! They are very "hearty" - probably due to the wheat germ. They have great texture and are easy to make.(I managed to make 96 with this one recipe, using tsp drops)
