Round Steak Sauerbraten
This was really good, although I did make a few changes: I used my own stock and arrowroot as a thickener for the gravy mix (who knows what chemicals are in gravy mix), chopped onion, 3 tbsp ea red wine and vinegar, 2 tsp of worcestshire and 1 tsp ginger. I also added 3 tbsp of brown sugar, but will cut that back to 1 tbsp of xylitol/molasses as it was a bit too sweet for our liking.
