This was very good. I love Portobello's and this was a nice, fun, delicious way of eating them. Will be making this many more times.

Chocolate Bliss Chunk Cookies

Good and easy. I used Ghirardelli semi sweet chips since that is what I had on hand. These will be my go to recipe for chocolate chip cookies.

Apple Brie Quesadillas

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2010
Love this combination. This was easy and delicious. I used Gala apples, sliced them and the onion on a mandalyn. Once assembled I finished it off in the quesadilla maker.

Asian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
Excellent! My husband and I really enjoyed this. I enjoyed how easy it was. I didn't want to buy Chili Paste since I don't like spicy and wasn't sure how spicy it would be so I used some Chili Powder instead about 1 teaspoon. I also started late on marinating so it marinated for 6 hours and I used both tenderloins and marinated in a resealable bag. It was plenty of marinade. I did use the leftover marinade, heated it up on the stove and added about a 1/2 T cornstarch to thicken it. I noticed a few reviews mentioned how the marinade burned on the foiled pan, I don't know if you poured all the marinade onto the pork on the pan, I just took the pork out and put on a lined foiled pan sprayed with cooking spray. This worked out fine, the pork didn't stick and the cleanup was easy since I tossed the foil.

Pesto Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2010
Fabulous! This was full of flavor and easy to make. I didn't add the bread crumbs and the burgers formed and stay together pretty well while grilling. A few lost little pieces of their ends but the burger still had its shape.

Irish Shamrock Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
I thought these were great and so did the friends and family I made them for. I did add 1 tablespoon of sugar as many recommended. Otherwise they came out great and were easy to make. Did anyone else frost them?? I frosted some and they were good and of course a bit sweeter.

Margaritas

Reviewed: May 3, 2010
For the longest time I wouldn't drink tequila until I had a margarita at a friends house. This recipe is great and I really enjoyed it. I know many reviews added OJ to cut the tart/flavor but my friend used 2 frozen strawberries to do the same thing, I did this with this recipe. It does change the color but it was fantastic.

Love these! Easy to make and can be assembled ahead of time. These are very good at room temperature too so don't have to worry about them being hot. I am putting this in my favorite box.

Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
Excellent! My husband and I loved this recipe. Very easy to make. Don't forget to foil your pan since the brown sugar burns on the pan and some of it does run off as cooking.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
This was excellent! Very easy to make, once you juice all the limes. :) I did use fresh limes from my lime tree and used 1 1/4 cup of juice. I marinated for 2 hours but will definately do 5 hours next time for more flavor. Cooked 30 minutes and it came out perfect. This is being added to my 'favorite' folder.

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
Fantastic and quick. I really like these. I made the filling with 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate and the other half 60% bittersweet and then the peanut butter. I also added a teaspoon of brewed coffee to the filling, coffee compliments the chocolate.

Butter Bean Burgers

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
I did do many changes but these are fabulous. I think since I made changes and still loved it it deserves 5 stars. My changes where I used white beans, I couldn't find butter and then once home it dawned on me I should have looked in the organic/health food area of the grocery. I also didn't want to buy more cheese so I used Colby Jack that I had and I don't like jalapeno so I used canned green chilies. I doubled the garlic powder too. Then I baked in the oven rather than pan fry. I loved these and can't wait to make them again and I will find the butter beans but keep to all the changes I made. Well maybe I will buy cheddar next time.

Excellent. My husband and I both loved it. I halved the recipe, also used reduced fat mayo. The fish took twice as long to broil the first round.

BBQ NY Strip

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
This was fantastic and super easy. I didn't change a thing as far as ingredients. However, I saved the marinade and boil it on the stove then let it simmer while the steaks cooked. It's safe to boil marinade and use it as a sauce, which I did and the flavor of the marinade/sauce over the steak was great. Very happy to have found this recipe.

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
This was great. I simmered it in a crock pot on low for 3 hours and it absorbed so much flavor. I did it a second time and didn't use the crock pot and did as recipe directs and felt it lacked the flavor, so simmer longer if you have the time.
