Garlic Feta Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2007
WOW!! I like garlic but I only used the 2 cloves as the recipe calls for and boy that is plenty. I am a Feta lover!! Can eat the stuff all by itself so that is why I made the recipe. I hate to say it but unlike most of the reviews I think next time I will use one garlic clove, I am more into the feta flavor. Very good though! This is already a favorite and I just made it today. I like it to because it's low carb and I eat it with veggies.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
Excellent. I will never buy cream cheese frosting in a can again. I did halve the recipe, including the sugar. I see many halved the cream cheese and butter but not the sugar. I thought it was fantastic. I wanted a cream cheese frosting, and that is what I got. Just enough sweetness with 1 cup of sugar and great cream cheese flavor. I frosted pumpkin spice cupcakes with this recipe.

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
Excellent taco seasoning. Made this without the red pepper since I don't like and no onion powder since I was out and didn't realize. Even without those ingredients this was very flavorful. I will never buy taco seasoning again.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2010
Loved this. I used the meatloaf mix you get in the store (has combo of pork and beef), and I used rolled oats since I didn't have quick cooking. These were so good and I liked the individual loaves. I will definately be making this again and again.

Feta Cheese Foldovers

Love these! Easy to make and can be assembled ahead of time. These are very good at room temperature too so don't have to worry about them being hot. I am putting this in my favorite box.

Waffles I

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2010
Very good and easy. My husband and I really enjoyed these. I did make them with whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose. ADDED review April 2011: I still love this recipe. This time I used unsweetened almond milk and stayed with using WW Flour. Tasted great.

Pumpkin Chip Loaf

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
Fantastic. I omitted the nuts only because I do not care for them in bread. This was easy to make and came out delicious and moist. I also made it in two smaller pans rather than one.

Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
Fantastic. I marinated the pork for 6 hours and it had a nice flavor. I baked it in the oven, foil lined pan 350 for 30 minutes medium rare. My husband liked it and he is not usally a fan of cinnamon. This is a keeper, I like the ease of this recipe.

This was great and easy. I had to use regular sugar since I was out of brown and added a bit more onion and garlic.

Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
I have to admit I made so many mistakes in this recipe. I accidentally added the brown sugar to the apple mixture and was then out of brown sugar for the topping. I used white sugar for the topping. also left out the nuts and added rolled oats instead. This was fantastic, I was so surprised how well it came out in the crockpot.

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Yup these are delicious. Very easy to make. I used sugar free raspberry jam and it still had the perfect amount of sweet without being too sweet.

Extreme Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
Out of this world. If you love chocolate this is the cake for you. Very good and moist. I had no problems with it being crumbly as some other reviewers. I did make the cake one day before needed and it was perfect. I only made a two layer cake, each a 9inch pan size. The frosting was fantastic too, I even licked the bowl after frosting the cake. :)

Rosemary Slices

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
Excellent. These are a lovely savory cookie with a hint of sweet. Very easy to make too. I baked some on parchment paper and some on a silpat mat. The cookies on the silpat came out evenly colored while the parchment paper ones were darker on the bottom. I cut mine a bit over 1/4" and baked 12 minutes, I advise you check them at 8-9 minutes depending on your oven. Next time I will only bake for 9-10 minutes.

Donut Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
Well so much for my diet. Haha. These were fantastic. Easy to make. I think dipping the doughnuts in the butter before the cinnamon sugar is not necessary. I ran out of butter so about 7 doughnuts didn't get dunked in the butter just the cinnamon sugar and it still stuck to them and was perfect and I actually enjoyed more than the ones dipped in butter. Try it, see what you think. Well, I am now going to go run around the block to burn off the calories.

Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese-Chive Butter

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2010
Very good and very easy. I loved the Blue Cheese butter. I forgot the chives so had to leave that out, and I used a wedge of Lauging Cow Blue Cheese.
