Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2011
Yup these are delicious. Very easy to make. I used sugar free raspberry jam and it still had the perfect amount of sweet without being too sweet.

Breakfast Sausage

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2013
Great recipe. I am happy to find a recipe that I can now make my own breakfast sausage and no longer have to buy them. I used all the recipe measurements when it came to the seasonings but I did only use 1 lb of meat. I like flavor so this was perfect for me. I did add a pinch of garlic powder and cinnamon to the mixture as well. Other than that no changes.

Rustic Autumn Fruit Tart

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2010
Fabulous. I used a premade crust and used allspice instead of cardamom. I also sprinkled some sugar on the crust before I added the fruit. I used Orange Marmelade instead of Aprico Jam, I bought the wrong thing, but it was very nice and still gave the tart the shine. Will definately make this again.

Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese-Chive Butter

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2010
Very good and very easy. I loved the Blue Cheese butter. I forgot the chives so had to leave that out, and I used a wedge of Lauging Cow Blue Cheese.

Margaritas

Reviewed: May 3, 2010
For the longest time I wouldn't drink tequila until I had a margarita at a friends house. This recipe is great and I really enjoyed it. I know many reviews added OJ to cut the tart/flavor but my friend used 2 frozen strawberries to do the same thing, I did this with this recipe. It does change the color but it was fantastic.

Dark Chocolate Pots de Creme

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2009
For a SB diet recipe this is great. I have a huge 'sweet tooth' so I am always looking for lower carb sweets. I love this one, the flavor is great. I have made this many times and every time I am in chocolate heaven.

Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2011
Very good. I had to grate an apple since I was out of applesauce and I also used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup light brown sugar.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2011
Excellent recipe. I only made two changes, I used 2 cups of sugar and halved the flour with whole wheat flour. My mini loaves took 1 hour to cook. Really yummy and I am excited to have these and make again.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2009
I love this and so did my husband. I love sweets so this was perfect. I did find it a bit soft and wonder if using a little less butter would be better. I might try that next time I make this, which will be soon.

Pumpkin Chip Loaf

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
Fantastic. I omitted the nuts only because I do not care for them in bread. This was easy to make and came out delicious and moist. I also made it in two smaller pans rather than one.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

Excellent. I toasted the rolls before loading them up and suggest doing so. I also used garlic powder instead of red pepper since I am not a fan of red pepper. This was easy and quick to make.

Grilled Salmon with Avocado Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2012
I hope no one gets upset that I am only rating the avocado dip in this recipe. I don't like dill or lemon pepper season so I didn't make this salmon, I used another salmon recipe. However, I made this avocado dip to use with my other recipe and the avocado dip is outstanding! I love the flavors and with the salmon it was delicious.

Pesto Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2010
Fabulous! This was full of flavor and easy to make. I didn't add the bread crumbs and the burgers formed and stay together pretty well while grilling. A few lost little pieces of their ends but the burger still had its shape.

Very easy to make and very tasty. I cooked it 15 minutes and never saw any of the little bubbles. I used 2 full and a little bit of a 3rd can of the milk and feel that next time I will just used 2 cans of milk. I look forward to making this again.
