I add protein powder to these guys when adding the dry ingredients. Makes for a healthy, delicious breakfast or a nice after workout meal!

Received RAVE reviews at home for this one. Love how easy it is to make. I use this with grands biscuits adding some melted butter, old bay, parm cheese and top if off with cheddar. Then pour this gravy on top.... MMM MM!!!!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
My husband is a huge chili fan but was not a fan of my "packet" style chili before. I made this exactly as directed, only I didn't have any celery and shorted half the diced tomatoes. He LOVED it, and so did I am our eight year old. Definitely will add this to the staple.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

So, So Good! People hover around the crock pot at parties when this is in it. There's never anything left. I make this for every party.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2011
Delicious. We used about a 7 lb. tenderloin, dry rubbed some salt, pepper, red cayenne pepper, minced garlic and garlic powder. Then added the ketchup and root beer. After about 6 hours, we shredded it and gave it another hour to soak in the juices. It was so simple and was wonderful!! We served on rolls with shredded cheddar cheese. Will definitely put this in the rotation.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2011
This was good, but a little too overpoweringly saucey. I put in three chicken breasts and then halved them length wise. It only suggested 4 halves and I had 6... I will probably add another breast or two and halve it next time or add less than a bottle of sauce.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2010
I'm giving this 5 stars based on the others reviews. I added oil to the batter instead of butter and 1/4 c. applesauce. They're SUPER moist. I did have to refrigerate my icing in order to get a thicker consistancy as it seemed to melt right off at first. I added cinnamon graham crackers to the top once iced. These are delic... they taste almost exactly like my pumpkin roll.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Maybe I made this wrong, but the sauce was too dry for me, unlike the manwich stuff. I will try adding more liquid ingredients next time.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Very moist and delicious. I used 2% milk in my recipe and everything else was verbatum. I mixed honey and margerine together to go on top, and it added the perfect touch!

Penne and Vodka Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
This may replace my weekly spagetti dinners! We love our tomato pasta, but this was a very nice change. I sauteed onions with the butter and added a bit of oil, then added some minced garlic and then the pancetta. I added a number of italian spices (italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, parm. cheese and red cayenne pepper) to the sauce once i added the tom. sauce and cream. It was lovely! Not a bite left between the THREE of us!

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2009
The taste was great, I did use butter as noted by another user. It was pretty heavy from using the butter, i think, so it was a little harder to work with than regular fondant, but when rolled onto wax paper and draped over the cake it worked out fine.

Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
This was my first time using fondant and I couldn't believe how easy it was to mold and I thought it tasted pretty good. It was a little bland/sugary, I think i may try adding flavoring next time.

This recipe is so good! I accidently made the meatballs a little too big for a christmas party last year, so I threw them on small hambuger buns with cheese. They were a big hit!
