Wasn't sure if I would like this based on the combination of ingredients but I thought this was really good. Thanks for a great recipe!

Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
This was very easy and was really good. The only change I made was adding ground red pepper because I didn't have fresh chile pepper. Next time I make it I am going to try to thicken the gravy. Thanks for a great recipe.

Butternut Squash and Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2009
I usually don't like to substitute turkey for ground beef but I really liked this! The only changes I made were based on some of the reviews I read. I added 1 can of tomato paste instead of the tomato sauce and I cut back on the cumin. Some reviews said it it did not thicken but I thought mine came out thick which may have been because of the tomato paste. Thanks for the great recipe.

I don't know if I did something wrong but this was very bland. Did not go over well at all.

Antipasto Squares

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
Great recipe! I have made this a few times exactly as the recipe reads and it always goes over very well. The only problem I ever had was if I didn't grease the pan enough because it will stick. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Super Bowl Bites

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
I have made these a few times and they always go over great. The one change I made was doubling the recipe (adding a little less onion soup because it was too salty)and spreading it out onto a 9x13 baking pan (with sides) and baking it @ 350 for apx. 25 minutes or until no longer red. Used a pizza cutter to cut squares and put onto the small dinner potato rolls. You can also use hot dogs rolls by cutting the ends off and then slice them however large you need. I have also made this and keep some in the freezer to keep on hand for a quick snack or easy dinner for the kids. Thanks for a great recipe!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2009
This was a great recipe. I followed some of the suggestions from other reviews and they worked out great. I used a food chopper to dice the fruit and I purchased the chips rather than making them. I added sugar free Apricot jam. The next time I make it I will omit both sugars because I think it will be sweet enough with it.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
This is one of the best and easiest recipes for Irish Soda Bread. I did follow some other suggestions by using my mixer for apx 10 minutes to add all the ingredients. I also added 1 cup of raisins which I think is a key ingredient for Irish Soda Bread. I lowered the temp to 350 and cooked it longer. This is definitely a keeper.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2008
These just came out of the oven and as all the other reviewers stated these are FANTASTIC. I did add a little vanilla and cinnamon to the batter. I also added some chocolate chips (for my kids). These muffins would be great also without the chocolate chips (and a little healthier). This recipe is easy and definitely a keeper.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

This is a great sauce and easy to make. I added more garlic than called for. I also added some cooked chicken strips one night to the sauce and the family loved it.
