Barbecue Ribs
AMAZING recipe! I don't normally post reviews, but felt inclined to do so as this is truly the best recipe for ribs. I boiled the ribs for an hour and a half, and then when the ribs were cooled, I threw them in a ziplock bag with the marinade. Next day, I threw them on the grill, and put the heated up the marinade on the stove. Once the ribs were warmed up, I arranged them in a deep dish pan, and poured the marinade on top. AMAZING!!

Golden Rum Cake
This is a delicious, moist, rummy cake - my favourite! I did use the tips the other reviewers (take cake out of pan after baked, and fill pan with half the glaze, etc)and all in all, I would rate it 4.5 BUT, I make the cake again in the same week for the same group of 10 people, as they requested it. AND, they liked the 2nd one better. Why? I use the same changes BUT I also added 1 cup of walnuts in the actual cake batter, and I substituted the vanilla pudding for butterscotch pudding. DELICIOUS, and 5 stars!!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
"Oh my God, my girlfriend can cook!" was my boyfriend's reaction to this dish. This was my first time making salmon so I was a little skeptical about the results. I had just regular mustard, not dijon, and didn't use any nuts. I followed the rest of the recipe, and in addition, I added half a tsp of crushed ginger and garlic, a sprinkle of chili powder, oregano and about half a tsp of chili sauce. After the fish had been in the oven for 10 minutes, I sprinkled the fish with bread crumbs and crushed red pepper flakes. When finished, it looked really impressive and the flavour was just awesome and spicy, but also a little sweet from the honey! Very moist, but not at all soggy. Would definitely make this again!
