Better Than Best Fried Chicken

This is fantastic! I just added a bit more of all of the spices and it tasted terrific! I cooked thick, boneless, skinless chicken breasts for 10 minutes and they came out crispy and perfectly cooked. This is one of our new favorites!

Crazy Cake

Awesome cake! We tried this when my daughter ate the last 2 eggs for breakfast :) It was fantastic! My 10 year old did the work on this one (after eating all my eggs). We put a simple vanilla/milk/butter/powdered sugar icing on top of this. I must say I had it for breakfast and lunch the next day and it is verrryy filling!! Yum.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

The brownies are THE BEST; fudgy, moist, chewy, and soooo chocolatey! I followed the recipe exactly but used a 9" square pan and baked them for 45 minutes. The perfect brownie!

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

Delish! I made the recipe as written and it was fabulous! I did, however, grate the zucchini, add a bit of salt and then let drain for about 30 min. Wonderful vegetarian recipe! This will definitely stay in my rotation.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

I KNOW I CHANGED THE RECIPE AND SHOULD NOT RATE THIS A 5, BUT YOU HAVE TO READ THIS! I used a Devil's Food cake mix, a 15 oz. can of pumpkin and I dissolved 1 tbsp. of coffee granules in 2 tbsp. hot water and added it, too! My kids and husband are going crazy over these. You CANNOT taste the pumpkin! Chocolatey, dense, fudgy and with added fiber! :) How much better can you get?

Baked Buffalo Wings

Absolutely wonderful! I used a half of a teaspoon of cayanne pepper and my hubby and 11 year old daughter said they weren't hot enough. I used my convection on the last 5 minutes and they were perfectly crispy and delicious!

Fortune Cookies III

Great! After they come out of the oven you can flip a glass over with a 2" bottom, lay the hot cookie over the glass and you will come up with a cute little "tulip" bowl that you can serve ice cream or sorbet in! Sweet!

King Ranch Chicken Casserole III

Fantastic! Heated and used 1 cup chicken broth to dip corn tortillas in before layering. Used the other cup of broth to mix in with the soups. Next time I will probably only use half of a cups because it was still a bit runny....but delicious! Also used more cheese. This is an absolute keeper!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

My 11 year-old daughter said this is her new favorite meal! I loved it as well, but my picky husband didn't care for it too much. We'll make it again when we know he won't be home at dinnertime!

Absolutely Best Brownies

ABSOUTELY! I may have made another rating "some other" brownie...but I take it back! These have gotten RAVE reviews. I double the recipe, use regular flour, substitute chocolate chips for the nuts and bake in a 13x9" pan for exactly 30 minutes. Perfection.
