I agree with the reviewer that said it tastes kind of like an Arby's Jamoca, which I love! My husband said it's actually better! Thanks! I followed the recipe exactly, except I doubled the amount per serving. I'm drinking it right now, as I am typing!

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

My kids wanted to bake a cake tonight, but we had no frosting. I really didn't feel like making any since my last 2 attempts at homemade frosting weren't very successful. But I googled "easy and quick chocolate frosting recipe" and came across this, and it looked easy and simple and I had all the ingredients so I gave it a shot. It was so easy, and tastes pretty darn good. Much better than store-bought. I don't think I'll be buying chocolate frosting anymore. Now if I can only find a recipe as easy and good as this for a white frosting I'll be happy. Thank you Tracy!! My children thank you too! :) BTW, I followed the recipe EXACTLY. The consistency ended up perfect.

Korean Spicy Chicken and Potato (Tak Toritang)

I am Korean, and I thought this recipe was great. I followed it exactly, but doubled it for 5 lbs of meat. My husband RAVED. I also gave some to my parents, and they also thought it was very good. A truly authentic, and delicious Korean recipe.

Hot Cocoa Mix in a Jar

Very smooth, creamy tasting mix. The only thing different I did was I used a Vanilla Caramel creamer instead of plain. I used a mix of generic and brand name products, but it was a tad pricey. Not as sweet as store bought cocoa mix, which was actually a good thing in my opinion. I am planning on giving these as gifts, so I am pleased that my trial run worked out well. Also, my powdered milk was larger than all the other ingredients, and even though I didn't blend it, everything melted beautifully. I didn't have anything settled to the bottom, like I do w/ store bought cocoa. Though, I might blend future batches just so the milk doesn't settle to the bottom while it's stored. Now I just need to figure out the best place to buy the 1 qt jars. Thanks for a great recipe!

Vegan Crepes

Thank you so much for this recipe. I am on a severely restricted diet due to my nursing son's various allergies, and was so happy to find this. And though I had to substitute non-wheat flour, it still turned out great. I didn't have any problems flipping them either using a wide spatula and waiting for the edges to brown. I actually liked how that made them a little crispy on the edges. Even dh and 2 of my kiddos liked them alot.
