One word folks. Great. When you are cutting all these veggies you wonder if it's worth it, considering this is really homemade pizza, but from the first bite you know it was worth it. Like other reviewers, add a bit of chili powder or buy the tomatoes that have the green chilis in them to add that extra kick that makes the meat eaters less reluctant to try a non meat dish. This is filling but yet because it is ALL veggies and pretty healthy if you use low fat cheese, you don't feel guilty having more than oh 3 pieces. I do have to admit though, I DID add a small can of tomato sauce to the bottom crust and did not do the cheese layering. Crust, sauce, filling, cheese. Yum. You will not be disappointed with this recipe.
