Easy, easy, and easy and my quest for the best biscuits is over! I've been making these for 3 years and they are still my fav. Make sure your baking powder is still active or they will be flat as a pancake; replace baking powder after 6 months. Also, the less you knead the more delicate the biscuit. I usually add only 3/4 cup milk and 3/4 tsp of salt. Sometimes I use butter, sometimes crisco. I pat the dough flat now and cut it into six equal pieces and round the biscuits-less work and you get the right size. Thank you Big Daddy!
