Coconut (Haupia) and Chocolate Pie

This pie was easy to make, but I must admit that I am a little disappointed. I should have added some shredded coconut or coconut extract to the white layer. The flavor was a bit too mild for my taste. On the good side, my company absolutely adored it!! :)

Fluffy Lemon Fruit Pie

This pie was such a hit at Easter dinner that I didn't even get any! Everyone raved about it. They thought I had spent a lot of time creating such a wonderful dessert! Tee Hee! That'll be our little secret! :)

Chocolate Banana Cream Pie

This makes an awesome pie! Very easy recipe with great results. I put extra bananas in mine and my family LOVED it! My husband requested more chocolate, so next time I might shave some chocolate on top along with the toasted coconut.
