Chili Chicken Stew

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2006
I have made this recipe soooo many times. I add an extra can of soup and a box of frozen cauliflower and snap beans. It's perfect to make to bring someplace or just to treat someone going through a hard time. Travels easily and I just add salad and a hardy bread.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2007
this recipe is outrageous. i added some chopped sundried tomatoes and added more chicken broth than was required. When it was all done and the sauce was draped over the chicken i put a dollop of goat cheese on the top. so yummy

Spinach Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
Oh yeah! So good and easy. My 21 year son thinks he's hot stuff making this for me. Whoever wrote that this doesn't last long is right. I just leave the pan on the top of my stove and by the end of the day it's gone.

Chicken and Corn Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
This is one of the best and easiest chili recipes. I doubled the recipe as we have lots of people eating here. I, like others, substituted black beans - a personal preference. I made enchiladas the first night then everyone just ate bowls of it. It got rave reviews! Will definitely be making this again.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
Fantastic recipe! The kitchen smelled divine. Had some pierogis and a salad. Great meal. The A&P had a sale on boneless pork loin. I bought a huge one and will be making this again this weekend. Makes great pork sandwiches too!

Taco Bake I

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2008
I make this recipe but we call it mexican dip. I spread a can of refried beans mixed with 1/4 bottle taco sauce on the bottom of the pan. Refried beans are hard to spread so on the bottom is easier, then the ground beef mixed with an envelope of the taco seasoning (according to directions on the envelope), then cheese, sliced black olives, chopped tomatoes, and shredded lettuce on the top - bake til bubbly at edges. Soooo good....

BLT Iceberg Wedge

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2008
I, too, have made this recipe for years. It's the freshest tasting salad with the least amount of fuss. I have fun arranging things on the chilled individual plates: some tomato wedges, some cucumber slices, a little pile of feta cheese, maybe a half of a hard boiled egg and a long scallion draped artfully across the top ;). Absolutely delightful!

Fruit Pizza with White Chocolate

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2012
I did like this recipe. I'm not a white chocolate person but that's my preference so I didn't knock it down in the star rating. So the only thing I changed was instead of the white chocolate, I just spread some Nutella on there. It was great.
