Cola Pot Roast II

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2014
This was so good. The only change I would make is to double or triple the recipe. Made me a rock star! My family thanks you!

Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2012
This recipe is great! For those that do not like the texture of onions, try grating them. So much flavor. When I take this to potlucks, bbq's, etc., I make it up in one pot and pour into a crockpot and keep on a low setting. Do not change the ingredients for this recipe. If you do... write and submit your own. Please. Thanks JAYDE175!

Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2012
This is so good. The marinated tomatoes with the garlic are wonderful. I have made this many times since I first found it here and I do sometimes cheat with the cheeses. We live in a small town and fontina is just not always available. It is still wonderful!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2012
Absolutely amazing! I have always hated ricotta cheese so I have steered away from Baked Ziti recipes. The only thing I did different was to put into two smaller pans and freeze the second one. (Small family.) Has anyone tried using sour cream in lasagna recipes? Loved it!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2012
Made exactly as written. Wonderful recipe! I would like to add that you should never make this in a slow cooker. This is not a braise recipe. You will just be wasting your money. I might try this rub on a chuck roast in the future tho...or pork. Excellent! Instant read thermometers are a must!

Guinness® Corned Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
I made this exactly as written and it was amazing! I did cut back on the brown sugar only because 4# briskets are not available where I live. Next time I'll just buy two because everyone is wishing we had left-overs! Wonderful recipe! If you are going to tweek it, write your own... just sayin'.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2010
This recipe was fantastic! I did bake the potatoes because the oven was already on and I had read the reviews of others that did so. Other than that, I made it exactly as written. Everyone loved it! Only change I might make in the future is to halve the recipe so we can enjoy any night.

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
This turned out great! I did rub the roast with some dry red wine and crushed thyme before coating it with the salt. I made a thin mushroom sauce on the side with some boxed beef broth and everyone said it was fantastic. Will definitely use again!
