The Best Banana Bread

Bierox Casserole

I grew up eating my grandmothers bierox, she made yeast dough and rolled the filling inside the rolls. This is MUCH simpler for a large family. Thank you!

French Bread

I love to make yeast bread...but french bread has always intimidated me! I finally got brave and gave this a try. For my first attempt, I was very pleased. The dough is beautiful to work with. I used just a little over 5 cups of flour, and used a kitchen-aid with a hook attachment! Thanks for the great recipe. My family thanks you!

Soft Sugar Cookies V

With only two small changes these cookies were exactly what our family loves in a sugar cookie...Very soft, almost like a tea cake. I added 1/4 c. extra sugar to the dough, and used lemon extract instead of the nutmeg. Definitely a keeper.

Pecan Pie V

Being born and raised in the south, I was a little skeptical about not using Karo syrup in my pie, gave this a try....ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We will never go back to our old recipe. Like many suggested I used 1 1/2 cups walnuts...Give this a try, you won't be sorry! Thank you for the wonderful recipe.
